you: You have the power to determine your own income with our
commission-based compensation. It is not commission-only, there is
also a training pay structure for the first 2 years. In 2021, the
average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agent's Contract
who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $124,000.
Individual agent performance will determine your income. Benefits
include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as

$250,000Responsibilities:Create customized financial plans using
the products and services we offer based on each client's potential
life and financial needs
Research and provide financial advice and strategies through
educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client
risk tolerance and financial objectives
Provide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans,
life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other
financial products
Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using
social media or other marketing tools and create strong
relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
Work with each client to collect personal financial information
including status, cash flow, and expectations for documentation in
our CRM
Qualifications:Relationship management skills are required
Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate
complex programs and ideas is required
Required to effectively network to identify potential new
clients
