We’re seeking a motivated Commercial Property Maintenance
Technician to join our team. This position involves performing
routine maintenance, light repairs, and inspections across a
portfolio of commercial properties in and around Sacramento. You’ll
work independently in the field, supported by a responsive
management team that provides clear communication and hands-on
training. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and
light repairs including janitorial, painting, carpentry, and
plumbing tasks. Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs
and safety concerns. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and
prioritize tasks based on urgency. Maintain accurate records of
work performed using our maintenance reporting system. Collaborate
with management and team members to complete projects efficiently.
Safely operate tools and equipment provided by the company.
Maintain professional communication with tenants and office staff.
Qualifications Reliable transportation; a truck is strongly
preferred (mileage reimbursement provided). Prior experience in
maintenance, building services, or janitorial work preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong
communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn and follow supervisor guidance and company
procedures. Basic proficiency with hand tools and maintenance
