Inspect commercial properties and address safety or maintenance concerns. Complete assigned work orders efficiently and communicate updates with management. Travel between multiple local commercial sites (mileage reimbursed). What We’re Looking For: Experience in building maintenance, property services, or similar fields. Dependable transportation (truck preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
