ARCHITECTURE INC.) Worksite: 181 3rd Street, Suite 100, San Rafael,
CA 94901 Rate of Pay: $76,000 per year Responsibilities: Design
studies, sketches, and conceptual studies using hand drawing and
digital media); 3D modeling for detailed design studies and
programming including Rhino and Sketch up presentation graphics;
Produce presentation graphics and presentations by utilizing
AutoCAD and Adobe Suite; Assist in preparation of construction
drawings/documents, sets (grading plans, planting plans, layout
plans, technical details and specifications) utilizing AutoCAD and
SketchUP; Assist in development of site development plans submitted
for development approval in conformance with plans, specifications,
and ordinances; Compile and analyze data on site conditions; Assist
in preparation of cost estimates, technical reports and memos;
Attend and participate in meetings (incl. oral presentations,
interaction with clients, consultant teams, and travel); Work with
senior designers and principals on a collaborative team from
conceptual design through construction documentation. Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign,
Illustrator) and Microsoft Suite (word, excel, outlook) as well as
Google Docs and basic understanding of Rhino and Lumion. To apply:
