Position Overview: Sign-On Bonuses: Graduate Nurse: $5,000 Experienced Nurse: $10,000 Position Title: Medical A RN Work Schedule: 36 hours per week, Days Location: Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO 63028 The Medical A unit at our facility is a dynamic 30-bed environment that caters to patients of all ages. Many individuals in our care are dealing with chronic illnesses and require comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment plans. As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will play a key role in educating patients on various topics, including surgical expectations and post-discharge medication regimens. Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: It is the responsibility of the nurse to secure and maintain a valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license, ensuring compliance with all state nursing board regulations.
