Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide occupational therapy services within a school setting supporting elementary-age students with diverse needs. This contract position is based in Modesto, CA, offering a rewarding opportunity to work with children across early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school levels, with a primary focus on an elementary caseload. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for students in elementary schools. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans to meet educational goals. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies and state regulations. Provide consultative services to support classroom modifications and student participation. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid state licensure. School-based occupational therapy experience is required. Experience working with elementary school students preferred. Knowledge of early childhood, middle school, and high school therapy needs is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with educators and families.
