Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
psychologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year on
a per diem contract basis, providing essential psychological
support within a K-12 setting in Davis, CA. This role serves as the
districts designated substitute psychologist, stepping in when
full-time school psychologists are absent. The caseload is small,
offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact without
overwhelming daily duties. Key Responsibilities: - Provide
psychological evaluations and assessments for students as needed. -
Support students social-emotional development through consultation
and intervention. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and school
staff to create positive learning environments. - Serve as the
district psychologist substitute, ensuring continuity of
psychological services on days of absence. - Maintain accurate
records and comply with district policies and state regulations.
Qualifications: - Current California School Psychologist Licensure
is required. - Experience working within K-12 school settings
preferred. - Ability to manage a small caseload effectively and
adapt quickly to variable needs. - Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students and
staff. Location: - Onsite position in Davis, CA within a K-12
