Our client, a top-tier General Contractor headquartered in San Francisco, is seeking a talented professional to lead complex commercial projects in San Jose, CA. This General Contractor is a prestigious & established firm with 75+ years of success in the construction industry. They build exciting & diverse projects to include Mixed-use, Residential, Seismic Renovation, Commercial Office, Education & Life Science.
Your new role

Project Leadership - Serve as the key liaison between clients, architects, consultants, and site teams on $50m+ Ground up commercial projectsInnovative Construction Methods - Implement smart solutions to enhance efficiency & qualityProject Scheduling & Documentation - Maintain schedules, contracts, change orders, reports, and compliance materialsCost Control & Budget Management - Track and manage financial aspects, ensuring profitability & cost-effectivenessOn-Site Coordination - Work closely with subcontractors and teams to ensure smooth execution and high safety standardsProblem-Solving & Execution - Handle production challenges with proactive and strategic solutions.What you'll need to succeed

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related disciplineExperience: Minimum 10 years' construction experience running projects in the $50m+ rangeBudget management, contract review and scheduling experience using MS projectsProject buyout and value engineering experienceCommunication: Excellent verbal and written English skills with strongTech-savvy - Procore, P6, Bluebeam, MS ProjectsWhat you'll get in returnCompetitive Salary: Up to $170K, based on experience
