Development you will lead the global marketing organization within
Global Services and Support. Your primary responsibility will be to
create, capture, convert and retain demand for our solutions across
life science market segments. This role will develop and implement
an integrated marketing strategy to position our solutions as the
preferred choice for customers seeking a reliable partner to help
advance science.A Day in the Life
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to
identify target markets, customer needs, and market trends and
drive continuous innovation and improvement in strategies.
- Collaborate with product management to define service
positioning, key messages, and value propositions that resonate
with target customers.
- Develop compelling omnichannel and content marketing plans
address the unique challenges faced by our target markets and can
be customized for various geographical regions.
- Collaborate with product management, regional market
development and sales to create and implement go-to-market
strategies for new product launches, including distribution
plans.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the
effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives and make
data-driven recommendations for optimization.Keys to
SuccessEducation
- Bachelor's degree in life science, marketing or related field;
MBA preferred.Experience
- 10+ years of experience in marketing planning and execution
within the diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, biotech, or
pharmaceutical industries.
- 3+ years of people management experience.Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities
- Strong customer advocacy and insight into customer needs,
ensuring they are at the forefront of business decisions.
- Exceptional understanding of the marketing execution process,
enabling you to quickly deploy tactics and remove barriers for your
team.
- Ability to use data to inform strategy, set targets and
continuously optimize performance.
- Control and enhance the marketing budget to achieve optimal
returns on investment.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to lead and prioritize
multiple projects.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and influence
across functional teams and geographies.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication
skills.
- Strong ability to think critically and independently, while
being open to continuous learning and adjusting to uncertain and
evolving situations.

innovation!Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for
this position based in California is $130,000.00-$194,950.00. This
position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus
based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in
accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total
