Our rapidly growing team is committed to building an intuitive platform to evaluate, orchestrate and scale AI solutions. Empowering businesses to innovate boldly, enhance efficiency and deliver intuitive AI tools.In this role, you will lead the strategy, development and delivery of our front-end web projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, intuitive and high-performing user interfaces. The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about front-end technology and design, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle and customer-first mindset.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to building innovative applications that make a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap and execution while actively collaborating with other product managers, engineers and business leaders
  • Prioritize features and improvements to ensure a balance between innovation, stability and user satisfaction
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met
  • Act as the voice of the customer and embrace user feedback
  • Facilitate agile events such as sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives to ensure smooth development cycles
  • Understand the AI landscape and ecosystem
  • Stay up to date with the latest development trends, best practices and emerging technologies. Advocate for new tools, frameworks and approaches.Qualifications and Skills:Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5+ years in Product Management, with a focus on front-end or web development products.
    • Proven experience managing front-end products through the entire lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design, UI/UX principles and accessibility best practices
    • Experience collaborating with designers to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces
    • Experience creating complex technical tools for non-technical audiences
    • Ability to create and review mock-ups and prototypes and translate them into actionable product specifications
    • Understanding of mobile-first design principles and responsive design
    • Experience working with APIs and integrating front-end with back-end systems
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and exercise good judgement in high stakes situations.
    • Must reside in the San Francisco Bay AreaPreferred:
      • Strong proficiency in our core technology environments - Angular/Java/Python
      • Understanding of REST / HTTP / Web Architecture
      • Experience working with or applying Large Language Models in products
      • Track record of launching products that are highly distributed or have had commercial success
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stores and acceptance criteria.
      • Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure project goals are met
      • Ensure that front end development aligns with goals and constraints
      • Work across time zones to interact with remote teams
      • Participate in brainstorming sessions and team stand-upsWhat We Offer:
