    In this role, you will be the primary owner responsible for setting the product strategy and roadmap for responsibility across our GenAI Creation portfolio and own the safeguards that make AI creation on YouTube safe and aligned with platform values. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     • Lead responsibility for our Generative AI Creations, ensuring that our tools empower creativity without compromising trust, safety, or user integrity.
    • Collaborate with YouTube's policy, legal, and Trust and Safety organizations to translate guidance into product features.
    • Work collaboratively with engineering, trust and safety, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams to ensure responsibility is seamlessly integrated into creator experiences.
    • Influence company-wide strategy on generative content risk management and build protections around real people likeness, model misuse, and sensitive content generation.
