In this dynamic role, you will take full ownership of our SmartZone and AP software product line, including defining product parameters, crafting roadmaps, establishing market positioning, and advancing our state-of-the-art network controller/management platform.How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

• Develop the roadmap for SmartZone and AP software product line.
• Evaluate customer expectations and specific requirements across various verticals to inform roadmap.
• Manage the product lifecycle for our software and hardware platforms.
• Collaborate closely with a world-class engineering team to bring our ambitious technological vision to life.
• Identify and prioritize customer use cases and requirements, expanding our product reach into new markets.
• Establish a strong partnership with the engineering team, effectively representing the voice of the customer.
• Engage with customers and sales teams to communicate and showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for differentiation. Use insights to guide product direction.Required Qualifications:
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Product Management with a network controller/management platform and Wi-Fi.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of campus networking architectures, including wired and wireless technologies, network segmentation, and traffic management.
• In-depth knowledge of service provider deployment architectures.
• Experience with hardware platforms is desirable.
• Proficiency in collaborating with geographically dispersed teams across different time zones.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycles and apply best practices.
• Experience with various product management tools and software, including JIRA.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration on large projects involving multiple engineering teams.

• MBAOur salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $135,600.00-176,200.00.The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan.
