Anesthesia- BC (experience and new grads), BE (only residents) Job Details: Large multispecialty group is seeking motivated Anesthesiologists for full-time positions with employed group. This large group offers a built-in patient base and a very quick ramp-up period! Candidates must be BE/BC and eligible to obtain licensure in the State of California. Hospital based position 100% inpatient For a full-time position: 10-12 hour shifts including call coverage (usually 3 shifts per week, 1 per weekend - subject to change) Four call shifts per month (12 hour shifts - could be weekday, weekend, or for OB) Compensation package includes salary guarantee (based on FMV guidelines), relocation package, full health/dental/vision benefits package, 401K, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance The non-profit medical foundation model allows physicians to enjoy the autonomy of private practice with the security of being employed. The Medical Foundation manages all administrative duties for physicians including marketing, staffing, billing/collecting, etc. Our group consists of 12 different specialties.
