Vine Imaging Partners Medical Group (VIPMG) is seeking a productive, general, board-certified radiologist for a full-time partnership position. VIPMG is a generalist practice, so the new radiologist can expect to read most modalities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. VIPMG provides exclusive services to Adventist Health Lodi Memorial Hospital and outpatient imaging centers in Northern California, part of the greater Adventist Health system.
VIPMG is a group of like-minded radiologists dedicated to maintaining our excellent private practice and lifestyle. We provide exceptional service and enjoy an excellent reputation with the hospital medical staff and administration providing our group with security.
VIPMG is a traditional radiology practice. The group members share the shifts, workload, and net revenue. The partners earn above-average income for the State of California.
Practice Specifics:

• Traditional Private Practice - 4 partners
  
• Partners receive an equal share of all net income
  
• Transparent, democratic practice with collaborative management
  
• Excellent relationship with hospital administration
  
• Radiologists typically work 7:30 am-5 pm, with one weekend per month call and optional extended shifts for added income
  
• vRad coverage from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
  
• Daily average workload of 65-70 wRVUs

• Third-party operational management
  
• First-year starting package of 500k including signing bonus
  
• One year to partnership; all new hires are expected to make partner

    Job Details:
    Salary: $475,000
