All's Well Healthcare Services - Travel is currently seeking a Travel Nurse RN specializing in Medical Surgical for an exciting opportunity.Position OverviewThe Travel Nurse RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings. This role involves assessing patient health, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve desired health outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment: Gather and analyze relevant health data to identify patient needs.
• Care Planning: Create comprehensive care plans that outline interventions and expected outcomes.
• Implementation: Execute care plans and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care.
• Evaluation: Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide a supportive care environment.
• Education: Offer guidance and information to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Discharge Planning: Participate in planning for patient discharge to ensure continuity of care.
• Team Coordination: Delegate tasks appropriately and oversee the duties of other healthcare team members.Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Certifications: Current CPR or BLS certification is required. NRP certification is also necessary.Benefits:
