Date Posted: 05/02/2025 Hiring Organization: Rose International Position Number: 482115 Job Title: Licensed Pharmacy Technician Job Location: San Francisco, CA, USA, 94114 Work Model: Onsite Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM-6PM Employment Type: Temporary Estimated Duration (In months): 3 Min Hourly Rate ($): 21.00 Max Hourly Rate ($): 22.00 Must Have Skills/Attributes: Customer Service, MS Office, Pharmacy, Spreadsheets Job Description Required Education • A Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required Required License/Certification • CA State Pharmacy Technician Licensure Preferred License/Certification • The National Pharmacy Technician Certificate (PTCB) Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience • At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician • Basic computer skills including word processing and Excel spreadsheet utilization • Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) • Specialty Pharmacy experience is a plus Licensed Pharmacy Technician Overview As a Pharmacy Technician in the growing specialty pharmacy segment of healthcare, you will work with specialized and complex therapies delivered to patients. This role requires effective communication and coordination with patients, prescribers, and colleagues to ensure timely and accurate medication fulfillment and support. Job Duties • Communicate regularly with patients, prescribers, and colleagues via phone, email, and fax • Fulfill prescriptions, package medications for shipment, process copays, and research financial assistance • Complete order entry and refills under the supervision of a pharmacist • Manage inventory and storage, and complete necessary documentation such as labels, log sheets, and reports • Participate in on-call rotation as required by staffing and business needs Industry • Healthcare / Specialty Pharmacy Estimated Start Date • 06/10/2025 Dress Code • Business Professional Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
