Birthing Center - beds: L&D - 4, MB - 8 - Certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP
and Advanced Fetal Monitoring are required. At least 2 year of
L&D experience. - Ratios: L&D - 1:2, 1:1 active delivery.
MB - 1:4 (couplets) - EMR: Cerner - Charge Nurse: Yes, generally
does not take patients, but will do break relief. - Nurse Aides: No
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Nights - Fri, Sat, Sun.
Days - Sat, Sun. - Holidays Rotate in with core staff - Scrub
