working closely with patients, their families, and healthcare

ensure tailored care from the point of diagnosis through to

Navigator – Cancer Center As an Oncology Nurse Navigator, you will
serve as a crucial support system for patients throughout their
cancer experience. This advanced nursing position merges clinical
knowledge with compassionate care, ensuring that each patient
receives individualized attention. You will work collaboratively
with patients, families, doctors, and the multidisciplinary team to
connect resources, optimize treatment strategies, and provide
steadfast support from diagnosis to survivorship. Be the advocate,

every stage of the journey. Position Overview: Oncology Nurse
Navigator Cancer Center Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduate
from an accredited nursing program Experience: A minimum of 2 years
of relevant experience Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license in
the state of practice Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required within 30 days of hire Preferred
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience: 3 years in an oncology environment is preferred
Experience in formal patient education and community presentations
Facilitation of support groups Certification(s): Oncology Nursing
