Float Pool - Full Time - Nights This role is for a Registered Nurse
(RN) within our organization's Regional Float Pool, delivering
nursing care across various hospital facilities during night
shifts. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored
care for adult and elderly patients in specialized units such as
ICU, Emergency, and Med/Surg. Candidates must possess a valid RN
license, relevant bedside experience, and necessary certifications,

assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating personalized
nursing care in line with established nursing standards for adult
and geriatric patients. The selected candidate will be required to
report to facilities within the regional area of their home
hospital. Specific facilities will be determined upon hiring, with
approval from the leadership team. Position Details: Facilities:

- No Contract Required Base Pay: Based on Experience Plus: Regional
Float Pool Perks and Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $4.60

Stepdown (SD): Medical, Surgical, Trauma, Neurology, Cardiac
Intensive Care (ICU): Cardiac Vascular ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU,
Surgical ICU, Neurology ICU Emergency Department (ED/ER) Labor &

Location H Qualifications: Required Education: Graduate of an
accredited registered nursing program. Preferred Education: BSN
Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the
state of employment and meet all state board of nursing
requirements. Required Experience: At least one year of recent
bedside RN experience for Med/Surg. For other specialties (ED, ICU,
etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience is
required. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic
Certifications (Must have to start): For Med/Surg and Behavioral
Health - BLS For Women's Health - BLS & NRP For Critical Care -
BLS, ACLS For Emergency Department - BLS, ACLS, & PALS Physical
Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift;
significant bending, stooping, and lifting of patients with
assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds. Why Choose
