Job Description Job Type: Full-time Job Summary Are you
searching for an outpatient NP PA job in Pleasanton . Join our
adult primary care team in the East Bay, where we prioritize:
Manageable Workload: 18–22 patients/day Predictable Hours: Mon–Fri,
9:30 AM–6 PM; no nights, no weekends Low Admin Burden: Efficient
EMR templates, dedicated support staff Respect & Autonomy: Lead
your own patient care with MD collaboration AI scribe assistance
which directly imports into the EMR system reducing time to
document significantly Compensation: Base Pay Range: $150,000 -
$185,000 for 1 FTE 40 hours per week based on experience and
expertise. Annual fixed bonus paid every year: upto $10,000 based
on the 1 FTE Additional Variable Annual performance based bonus: We
pay per patient bonus annually above certain number of patient seen
in a year 401k match: 4% 401k Profit sharing: Only for exceptional
performers we might add profit sharing too. Only applicable for 1

coverage Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient
primary care to adults & older adults Conduct exams,
diagnose/manage acute and chronic conditions Order/interpret labs
and imaging; develop care plans Perform in-office procedures (Pap
smears, wound care) Prescribe medications, deliver preventive
services & patient education Maintain accurate EMR documentation
with minimal after-hours charting Collaborate with MD and
interdisciplinary team—your input drives care Participate in
occasional on-call support (compensated) Required Qualifications
Active California NP license (NP, formerly FNP) or PA license DEA
registration & national certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA) ? 1 year
recent outpatient primary care NP/PA experience Demonstrated
clinical judgment, communication & teamwork skills Comfortable
independently managing a patient panel with collaborative backup
