Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Santa Rosa, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,653 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic nursing License: Valid CA License required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Trauma experience Neuro experience Vascular experience Orthopedic experience Travel experience Description: Applicants must have trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic experience due to trauma status. Candidates may be required to cover one night shift within their contract as needed. Ratios are 1 RN to 1 ST for nights, and up to 10 RNs to 6 STs for days. Equal distribution of call will occur among nursing staff every 6 weeks. Travelers must float between units as needed. The traveler must work weekends as required. Capacity to accommodate block scheduling options is subject to manager discretion. Travelers should be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. References are required from supervisory staff covering employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty or setting. Travelers are expected to adhere to required compliance and safety protocols. The candidate will join a team handling diverse patient diagnoses including orthopedic trauma, neurosurgery, vascular, robotics, general, GU, and GYN. Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory. The unit may require additional skills related to trauma and various surgical procedures. Travelers should manage housing logistics independently, as housing options may be limited. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS
