Job Description Job Description RN Emergency Room (ER) Location: Los Banos, CA Contract Type: Travel Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 Days (may be required to work mid shift; weekends in rotation) Pay: $2,199.60/week Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts) Job Description Travel ER Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week day shift assignment. Primary schedule is days but may flex to mid shifts based on unit needs, with weekend rotation included. Epic charting experience is preferred. Candidates must meet travel compliance timelines and be available for lab work within 3–5 days of signing. Local candidates are accepted at a lower bill rate if within 50 miles. Key Responsibilities Provide emergency nursing care to acute and trauma patients Perform rapid assessments and prioritize care in a fast-paced ER setting Administer medications and treatments per protocol Document all care and interventions in Epic Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during emergency situations Float as needed based on unit staffing needs Qualifications Active California RN license required BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (AHA or American Red Cross only) Minimum 2 years ER experience required Epic charting experience preferred Nursys report within the last 2 weeks required at submission Copies of certifications required at submission Two supervisor references within the last year required Must meet 50-mile travel requirement (locals accepted at local rate) Must complete 7-year work history verification Must be available for onboarding labs within 3–5 days of signing Benefits Weekly pay with competitive rates Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Referral bonuses for referring talented professionals into our network Flexible schedules and dedicated recruiter support About ATC Healthcare ATC Healthcare has been a leader in healthcare staffing for nearly 40 years, offering personalized placement and support to healthcare professionals nationwide.
