Role Specifics and Benefits: In this ICU RN role, you’ll deliver
high-caliber critical care to adult and/or specialty patient
populations, from post-op stabilization to complex ventilator and
hemodynamic management. Core responsibilities include rapid patient
assessment, continuous monitoring of vital signs and devices,
delivering evidence-based interventions, titrating vasoactive
medications, managing advanced lines and tubes, ensuring infection
control adherence, and collaborating with physicians, respiratory
therapists, pharmacists, and case managers to develop and execute
individualized care plans. You’ll document meticulously, advocate
for patient and family needs, and participate in unit-based quality
