Rosa, CA-Open to ANY state license- Inpatient/Outpatient -$483,000
to $530,000 base Providence Medical Group Sonoma500 Doyle Park,
Ste. 200Santa Rosa, CA 95405 EMR-Epic Open to ANY state license to
apply-We buy license if accepted Inpatient and Outpatient coverage
BE/BC Tons of support staff Surgical skills highly preferred Avg
20-25 ppd 100% adult Permanent- Urology Updated Compensation
Details available *Update* - The Santa Rosa team needs a provider
that has a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction.
Please make sure candidates are interested in this. Providence
Medical Group- Santa Rosa Urology is clinic location across from
the hospital. Call could be around 7-10 days per month Beeper call
but onsite during the weekday work hours (7am-5pm) Called back to
the hospital (after 5pm or on weekend) on average 3-5 times per
week. We will look at providers willing to get the CA license.
Providers can be BC or BE within 3 years. The facility is looking
for one full time Urologist to fill the need. I have PD sheets with
