registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience

be considered. A Registered Nurse II role is available for a
contract position in the Operating Room, providing specialized
patient care in accordance with professional standards and
departmental policies. This position involves working under the
supervision of the Director and requires collaboration with
physicians, patients, families, and healthcare team members to
deliver comprehensive care tailored to the patient's developmental
and age-appropriate needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough
nursing assessments and accurately document findings. Develop and
implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
Collaborate with medical and healthcare teams to plan and
coordinate patient care. Provide, delegate, and oversee nursing
care activities. Participate in discharge planning and
patient/family education. Maintain compliance with professional
standards, policies, and procedures. Facilitate holistic care
addressing physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. Engage
in conflict resolution and foster effective teamwork through
positive communication. Contribute to cost-effective care
management by monitoring time, equipment, and supplies. Ensure a
safe environment by adhering to safety policies. Exhibit
flexibility to adapt to changes in hospital or unit needs. Serve as
preceptor and charge nurse as assigned. Contribute actively to
departmental objectives. Qualifications: Eligibility as a
Registered Nurse I. Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience as
a Registered Nurse, preferably in specialty areas. Proficient
knowledge and skills to care for patients of varying ages. Ability
to work on different nursing units as needed. Location
