Job Description Role Overview: Are you an experienced Patient
Equipment, Biomed, or Environmental Services Manager? Sodexo is
seeking a Patient Equipment Management Solutions (PEMS) Operations
Manager 2 for Stanford Medical Center in Palo Alto, California.

PEMS teams ensure timely delivery of patient equipment while
providing high?quality logistics and supply chain solutions. This
role is ideal for healthcare leaders who thrive in fast?paced

communication, follow?through, and collaboration with hospital
staff to drive both client and patient satisfaction. Experience in
hospital Environmental Services or entry?level Healthcare
Technology Management is a plus due to overlapping
responsibilities. What You'll Do: - maintenance and inspection of
transport equipment, as well as related logistics, documentation
and reporting - rounding to assure client expectations are met and
that we are performing tasks in a timely manner. - creating a
positive patient experience by setting the tone and culture of
patient expectations, including the provision of concierge
transport services, through a compassionate bedside manner -
responsible for driving patient satisfaction scores - provides a
clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff - works
with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention
Director - effectively manages the Unit Operating System - supports

What You Bring: - knowledge of patient transport services and/or
environmental services in a healthcare setting; - knowledge of
inventory; supply chain management; asset management within a
hospital environment - the ability to analyze data, present and
effectively communicate to all levels within the organization
related to training, leading hospital committees and change
management; - experience effectively managing projects within
agreed upon timelines; - proficiency with computers and other
technology; - strong leadership skills and the ability to work
independently to drive program compliance and reach project target
dates of completion; - strong hospitality or customer service
demeanor - ability to work a first shift; 4:00am to 1:00pm, Sunday

Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement -
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management
Experience - 3 years Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work
experience in functional areas such as call center technology,
computer applications, process improvement, or related areas
