Locum FP/IM California 3-5 days per week- 3 separate needs for
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine- Locations: 1 in Folsom, CA. 1
in Elk Grove, CA. and 1 in Davis, CA- Duration: February-July 2025
locum (option to extend)- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p 4-5 days
per week- Scope: Outpatient Primary Care - Volume: 18-20
patients/day- EMR: Epic- Require: BC, Active CA License/DEA, recent
Epic EMR experience, 5 references post interview- Credentialing: 45
