Job Description:
TITLE: System Administrator with ACTIVE Secret security
clearance (US Citizenship REQUIRED) RATE: Negotiable LOCATION:
Sunnyvale, CA 94089 (no relocation package) DURATION: 12 months
CLEARANCE: Active Secret Security clearance issued by the
Department of Defense No C2C, we can NOT work with outside
agencies/vendors, and we can NOT do 1099-US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED
RESPONSIBILITIES Developing and deploying solutions to maintain
smooth operation of virtualized computer system environments. Lead
technical development projects and hardware refresh efforts.
Providing overall on-site maintenance and support of the Unix and
Windows systems Serving as the primary point of contact for issue
resolution Performing Backup/Restore/Disaster Recovery,
Hardware/System Monitoring, and System Maintenance Creating and
maintaining user, administrator, and service accounts Fine tuning
system performance, maintaining system documentation, installing
system wide software, and allocating mass storage space.
REQUIREMENTS Active Secret security clearance (this is required
before you start-do not apply if you don't have a secret clearacen)
Knowledge/experience in Windows, Linux, RHEL, AIX, Solaris, or
equivalent System troubleshooting skills Strong interpersonal
communication skills Ability to work as a member of a team in a
dynamic environment Bachelors degree is desired but not required.
Can exchange minimum 4 years’ experience in lieu of degree Must
