Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Copilot Solutions
Architect to lead the design of AI solutions within the Microsoft
Azure AI ecosystem, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot,
Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Fabric integration. In this role, you
will be the "AI Innovation & Automation Architect," driving the
adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance enterprise
productivity and workflows. This position is a remote position with

Include, but not limited to: • Presales Engagement • Collaborate
with sales teams to understand client requirements, goals, and pain
points. • Design and present tailored solution solutions,
addressing business and technical needs. • Lead discovery sessions,
technical workshops, and assessments to evaluate current
environments and identify opportunities for modernization. • Create
comprehensive technical proposals, including solution architecture,
implementation roadmaps, and cost estimates. • Lead the development
of SOWs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
alignment with client needs and business objectives. • Drive
revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying
new opportunities and optimizing service offerings. • Microsoft
Copilot & Copilot Studio Expertise: • Design and architect AI
solutions that integrate Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
capabilities. • Develop strategies for leveraging LLMs and AI
agents to automate complex tasks and enhance user experiences. •
Customize and extend Copilot functionalities to meet specific
enterprise needs. • Azure AI Expertise: • Design AI/ML solutions
using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure
OpenAI Service. • Architect AI agents using LLMs and related
technologies. • Design retrieval augmented generation (RAG)
techniques to enhance LLM performance. • Establish MLOps practices
for AI model deployment and monitoring. • Microsoft Fabric
Integration: • Design AI solutions that leverage data from
Microsoft Fabric. • Integrate Copilot and Copilot Studio with
Fabric data and analytics workloads. • Utilize Fabric data to
improve the performance of LLM-based applications. • Synergistic
Collaboration: • Collaborate with the Data & AI Solutions Architect
to access and utilize data from Fabric for AI/ML workloads. • Work
with the Data Governance Architect to ensure AI/ML models comply
with data governance policies. • Act as the expert on LLMs and AI
agent development within the Microsoft ecosystem. • Client
Engagement: • Conduct client discovery sessions to understand their
AI and automation needs. • Develop and present compelling proposals
and demonstrations that showcase the value of Copilot-enhanced AI
solutions. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI strategy and
implementation. Qualifications Experience: • Minimum 10 years of
experience in data science and AI/ML solution development and
deployment. • Minimum 2 years of experience in GenAI solution
development and deployment. • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure AI
services, including Copilot and Copilot Studio. • Experience
developing and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered applications. •
Strong presales experience, with a focus on AI solutions and
automation. • Education: • Bachelors degree in computer science,
artificial intelligence, or a related field; Masters degree
preferred. Required Skills Technical Skills: • Expertise in
Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. • Proficiency in Azure
Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI
Service. • Strong understanding of LLMs and AI agent development. •
Experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG). • Experience
with MLOps practices. • Understanding of Microsoft Fabric. • Soft
Skills: • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work
independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Strong client
relationship management skills. Certifications Required Microsoft
Certifications: • Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) • Azure
AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) Unique Requirements • Travel to
internal meetings as needed, up to 10% Additional Information • The
estimated annual pay range for this position is $160,000 - $220,000
which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this
position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience,
and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to
individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical,
