community, come join ours. The Role: The Senior Workplace
Experience Manager will lead the strategy and execution of
workplace experience across our global offices. You will own the
end-to-end workplace experience strategy, designing environments,
programs, and operations that enable productivity, foster
connection, and reflect Faire’s values and culture. Our team is
global, mission-driven, and deeply collaborative. You’ll partner
cross-functionally with People, IT, Finance, and Leadership to
build workplaces that inspire our teams and support Faire’s
continued growth. This is a highly visible role requiring airtight
operational rigor, experienced leadership, and exceptional
stakeholder partnership. Responsibilities: Workplace Strategy
Develop and execute a multi-year workplace experience strategy
aligned with Faire’s mission and growth. Design office environments
and programming that foster collaboration, connection, and
belonging. Lead global workplace experience initiatives that
strengthen culture and employee engagement. Leverage employee
feedback and data to continuously improve our workplace experience.
Team Leadership Serve as the dedicated people manager for the
Workplace Experience Managers at our 5 global offices. Establish
scalable processes and playbooks and act as project manager for
global workplace experience initiatives to ensure an exceptionally
high bar across our sites. Foster a hospitality-first mindset
across the team. Project & Build Management Lead office expansions,
relocations, renovations, and build-outs in partnership with
external partners and internal stakeholders. Oversee project
timelines, contracts, and vendor negotiations. Drive high-level
budget planning and cost management for capital and operating
expenses. Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with Employee
Experience on onboarding, milestones, employee engagement, and
internal events. Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless workplace
technology integration. Work with Finance on budget planning and
cost optimization. Partner with Leadership and Executive Support
for high touch execution of board meetings, client visits, high
priority candidate visits, and leadership onsites. Competencies: 8
years of experience leading workplace strategy and operations in a
high-growth tech company with global office locations. Experience
managing and developing teams across sites. Strong project
management experience, including office expansions or moves.
Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, contracts, and budgets
effectively. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication
skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive,
ownership-oriented mindset. Experience with event planning and
production, both in-office and offsite. Passion for creating
inclusive, people-first environments. As the champion for workplace
operations, this role requires office attendance 5 days per week.
Salary Range: San Francisco: the pay range for this role is
$160,000 - $220,000 per year. This role will also be eligible for
equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on
permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience,
market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range
provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week
on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing
(Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office
roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per
year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may
require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in
