Kelly Services currently has immediate openings for Production
Associates in Lodi, CA. These positions are set to be long-term job
opportunities with a steady company that offer opportunities for
Job Details: Responsible for inspecting and packing Foam
Cup/Print Department production.
Job functions include the following:
Assemble cardboard boxes. Employee will form and tape underside
Place/stack cardboard box containers on machine. Employee will
place box onto a caser in preparation to be filled automatically
from a bagging machine.
Inspect product for defects and production line for malfunctions
Close filled cardboard box. Employee will close flaps of box and
Transport filled cardboard box to staging area. Employee will
carry individual box and or push with hands and/or feet to staging
area for removal by the Material Handlers.
When working in Print Department, Inspector Packer may have to
manually feed cups into printer and will inspect
printing/confirmation and log and report malfunctions as found.
Note: Assorted manual lines may consist of hand-packing and
Responsible for checking date and shift code on tape
Responsible for scanning products using a barcode scanning
device for warehouse management system. SAP
Responsible for notifying Maintenance of problems encountered
Good manual dexterity.
When working around machinery, there is exposure to heat, in
excess of 90 degrees Fahrenheit
When working around machinery, there is exposure to constant
noise levels, in excess of 85 decibels.
Hearing protection is provided/required.
Hazardous conditions include occasional exposure to moving parts
of machinery; and mineral exposure to radiant energy from
ultra-violet lights when working in Print Department.
Must be able to continuously remain standing at a work station
without moving about when performing all essential job
Must be able to occasionally walk to carry out all job
Must be able to frequently lift and carry objects under 10
pounds and frequently will be required to lift and carry objects
weighing 10-25 pounds.
Must be able to occasionally push boxed product to staging area,
using hands and/or feet to push a stack of boxed product across
Must be able to occasionally stoop, kneel and crouch when
stacking boxes and bending over feed trays.
Must be able to perceive the texture of products to ensure
quality standards are being met.
Must be able to talk and hear in order to communicate quality
problems with supervisors

(2) Overnight Shift: Tuesday - Saturday - 12:00AM -
(1) Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday - 4:00PM -
Pay Rate: $14.60/hr
