Job Description:

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME - **Duties and Responsibilities:** * In charge of checking on each machine multiple times throughout the shift. * Each inspector must pass or fail any parts that are not 100% in good quality.* Inspectors must document and keep track of all samples that are collected and they must enter it into the computer system throughout their work day. * Inspectors must have experience.Frequently collecting and evaluating samples for inspection and testing* Accurately apply QA standards to the products being manufactured. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Dependability and having responsibility on the production floor is crucial. Fast pace environment will be walking around for 8 hours.* Must have current QA Experience - a minimum of two years - preferably in a manufacturing setting.* Perform routine inspections of injection-molding machines and related processes* Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality* Able to work closely with Production personnel to communicate any defects found* Able to work overtime when needed* Ability to stay on task and focused on work* Leading by example by wearing proper PPE when working with product* Excellent Eye Sight* Pay close attention to detail and follow up on defective product/ machines when defects are found* Ability to label product correctly* Somebody who takes pride in their work and does above the bare minimum of what is required of them (shows initiative).* Somebody who is interested in a long-term position with the company.
