Job Description:

Responsibilities Ensures consumer safety in the home and community. Assists consumer in achieving personal, behavioral, educational, or vocational goals as identified in the Individual Service Plan. Assists with household duties such as cleaning, cooking, and household management to maintain household in accordance with the guidelines determined by the consumer, and consumer's circle of support. Provides necessary support for consumer to meet personal needs. Provides skills training when applicable. Participates in all mandatory trainings. Responds to crisis in accordance with Residential policy and training. Assists consumer with any medical needs or appointments. Provides supervision and support to consumer in the home and community. Maintains written daily notes. Complies with Residential goals, policies, and procedures.Full Job Description Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: DSP, 6 months (Preferred) Shifts: Mid-Day (Preferred) Morning (Preferred) Evening (Preferred) Graveyard (Preferred)We are a level 4I home that works with Adults with Developmental Disabilities; we need employees who are punctual, team players, creative, willing to learn, flexible, and good communicators. Staff must be available during business, evening, weekend, and holiday hours per agreed schedule.Salary bonuses offered for individuals with DSP 1/DSP 2 trainingRequirements needed: Driver's License (Preferred) First Aid/CPR Certification training will be done at Facility Pro Act Certification training will be trained at Facility Current TB and Physical (within the last 12 months) Completing A Clear FingerprintsWork Location: Two location in LodiJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hourSchedule: 10 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift Overnight shift Weekend availabilitySupplemental pay types: Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to properly wear a mask during their shift, we recommend small groups when traveling or joining the community.
