Our Lodi distribution facility maintains production lines for labeling, casing, and preparing product for customer delivery and satisfaction.

Each PCP facility utilizes complex technology and equipment that require skilled, talented, and motivated personnel to function properly.

Key responsibilities include:




--- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance on the production equipment and other mechanical equipment throughout the facility

--- Locates machinery issues by observing mechanical systems and testing and measuring the equipment to determine root cause of issue

--- Remove defective equipment on the production lines utilizing hoists, forklifts, hand and power tools. Perform assembly and repair for a wide range of industrial production and warehousing equipment

--- Basic fabrication capabilities to create mechanical fixes on the production equipment until the system can be fully repaired

--- Assemble and disassemble mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components; pneumatics, circuitry and electrical issues

--- Work from applicable plans, blueprints, schematics, sketches and read diagrams

--- Do maintenance wiring, installation of motors, switches, switch panels, fuse boxes, lighting, testing and power circuits

--- Inspect motors, switches, junction boxes, switch panels, circuit breakers, transformers, fuse panels, lighting, heating and power circuits. Overhaul motor gear heads, varidrive units and various motor brakes

--- Be familiar with and troubleshoot various makes of PLCs

--- Welding

--- All phases of plumbing

--- Remove, install and repair conveyors --- Capable English communication skills

--- Basic hydraulic, pneumatic, welding and plumbing knowledge and experience

--- Knowledge of vacuum systems, motion control systems, and HVAC systems

--- Ability to drive a forklift

--- Knowledge of PLC's, VFD's and other control system equipment

--- Ability to create and review machine drawings and schematics

--- Experience working on 480 VAC production equipment

--- Must have own hand tools

--- Certification and/or 5+ years of experience

--- Basic computer knowledge

--- Reliable and able to maintain excellent attendance

--- Relevant industrial experience

--- Committed to safety and food safety, including use of appropriate protective equipment

--- Self-motivated and possess strong problem-solving skills

--- Have a sound background in solid state circuitry and devices, high voltage D.C. rectifiers and control circuits
