Location: Lodi, CA
Salary: 110k to 150k
Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Project Manager in the Lodi, CA area. The right candidate will have experience managing projects in the General Contractor or Fabricator industries. COMPENSATION: 110k to 150k MUST HAVE: BS in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Completed Construction Management Certificate Program candidates will be considered MUST HAVE: 5-10 years of experience managing projects in the General Contractor or Fabricator industries MUST HAVE: Experience with 3D modeling software (Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain project schedules - Manage subcontract performance - Process change orders - Estimate cost and schedules - Review design drawings and specifications - Suggest cost-cutting engineering alternates - Process monthly progress billings - Ensure compliance with all contract terms and prime contract conditions REQUIREMENTS: - Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management degree, or minimum 10 years of construction management experience - Remain in constant contact with Clients, General Contractor, Design team and Subcontractors - Experience with project budget development, scheduling, cost control and close out procedures - Fundamental knowledge of building codes, contract law and accounting
