• Provide input, feedback, and approvals into Change, Release, and Deployment processes and schedules, ensuring minimal impact and downtime.
• Approve readiness for support transition and serve as an escalation point.
• Manage through Managed Service Providers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Measure and track provider performance against SLAs and address issues with corrective actions.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceMust have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and 5 years of experience in: (i) providing integration software support (Tibco, Apigee, SAP-PI, or similar); (ii) supporting EDI transactions covering Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Inventory & Logistics, & Banking transactions in a pharmaceutical industry environment; and (iii) working within infrastructure & operations to plan, review, and optimize compute, storage, and memory resources. Additionally, must have 2 years of experience in: (i) triaging multiple severity 2 & 3 production issues on tier 1 & tier 2 applications; (ii) recommending observability tools to increase production systems reliability; and (iii) creating, updating, and executing production playbooks & disaster recovery plans for multi-tiered applications.Experience may be gained concurrently. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, up to 2 days work-from-home. Up to 10% domestic travel required.Additional InformationSalary Range: $174,000 - $178,500 per yearApply online at .
