OpportunityAdobe is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer
to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cutting-edge

senior member of the Decision Sciences team, you will lead the
development of innovative machine learning solutions that drive
business growth and enhance user experiences. This is a unique
opportunity to work on complex, large-scale projects that have a

the candidate will architect products that transform the way
companies approach audience creation, journey optimization, and

data-driven.The Decision Sciences team spearheads a transformative
initiative that powers Digital Experience solutions with AI-driven
intelligence for personalization at scale, a key differentiator in
the industry. Decision Sciences develops AI/ML-powered solutions
that enhance business outcomes and boost operational efficiency for
our customers.What you'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of machine
learning models and systems that address complex business
challenges.
- Architect and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, ensuring
scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
- Facilitate alignment among senior leadership on innovative
ideas and strategic initiatives.
- Engage with different teams to incorporate ML algorithms into
Adobe products, influencing product strategy and architecture.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning of
ML models and systems.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and
best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and
innovation.
- Publish technical papers, contribute to open-source projects,
and represent Adobe at industry conferences and forums.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise, driving the
adoption of new technologies and standards within the
organization.What you need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have
the following background:
- Master's degree with 10+ years of experience or PhD with 5+
years of experience in developing, evaluating ML models, and
deploying models into production.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and
data analysis techniques.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying ML models in
production environments.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or
C++, and experience with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, SparkML,
TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle
complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability
to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering
a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying current with the
latest advancements in machine learning and related
technologies.
- Experience working with both research and product teams.Our
compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S.
geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined
markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $182,900 --
$334,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand
may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.

(TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the
