The Registered Nurse will leverage theoretical knowledge to make
informed decisions in practice, focusing on assessing, planning,
implementing, and evaluating personalized nursing care for adult
and geriatric patients. Candidates are expected to report to
facilities within the designated regional area of their home
hospital. The specific facilities will be discussed upon hiring,
with approval from the leadership team. Position Overview:

Trauma, Surgery, Oncology, Neurology, Medical, Surgical Telemetry
(Tele): Cardiac, Surgical, Medical Stepdown (SD): Medical,
Surgical, Trauma, Neurology, Cardiac Intensive Care (ICU): Cardiac
Vascular ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Surgical ICU, Neurology ICU
Emergency Department (ED/ER) Labor & Delivery (L&D) And more!
Facilities You Will Serve (Minimum of 3 Assigned): Facility A - St.
Louis, MO Facility B - Festus, MO Facility C - South St. Louis
County, MO Facility D - Washington, MO Facility E - Troy, MO
Facility F - Perryville, MO Facility G - Cape Girardeau, MO
Facility H - Dexter, MO Qualifications: Required Education:
Completion of an accredited registered nursing program. Preferred
Education: BSN Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN
license in the state of employment and comply with all state
nursing board regulations. Required Experience: At least one year
of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg roles. For other
specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent
bedside RN experience is required. Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Epic software Certifications (Required to Start):
BLS for Med/Surg and Behavioral Health BLS & NRP for Women’s Health
BLS, ACLS for Critical Care BLS, ACLS, & PALS for Emergency
Department Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand or walk for
most of the shift; significant bending, lifting, and turning of
patients with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up to 50
