towards success! Position: Associate Sales General Position
Summary: The role of the Associate Sales Rep works directly with
the Specification Sales team to support new project development
within the specification community which includes but is not
limited to Architects, Engineers, Lighting Designers and Landscape
Architects with the multiple manufacturers. This position offers an

competitive sales environment. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to
prepare sales materials, samples, ensuring accuracy and details are
covered. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or
services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Coordination of content development for informative presentations
to prospects, effectively communicating how our offerings can
address their specific needs and provide value. Cultivate and
nurture relationships with potential clients through regular
communication and follow-ups, aiming to build long-term
partnerships. Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales
pipeline using the tools and analytics provided. Stay updated on
industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to
identify new opportunities and provide insights for sales
strategies. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including applications, controls, marketing, project management,
and quotations to ensure seamless customer experience and
satisfaction. General Duties and Responsibilities Attend and
participate in weekly Open Project meetings. Attend and participate
in bi-monthly Sales team check-in meetings. Coordinate with all
other departments as needed. Manage and keep updated client contact
list. Identify and create yearly smart goals for personal
development. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in
business, marketing, or related field Experience in sales, customer
service or other jobs working directly with customers. Software
proficient in Microsoft office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Teams Experience in architectural and design software a plus!
Strong organizational and time management skills Open to new ideas
and not afraid to offer new ideas. Excellent relationship skills:
communication, negotiations, and persuasion ability Understanding
of sales cycles, familiarity with market trends Must be able to
lift up to 50lbs. Must have a valid drivers license and a working
vehicle. Office Hours : General office hours for all employees run
approximately 8am to 5pm, M-F. Payscale is based on qualifications:
$90,000 - $100,000 per year. We offer PTO and holiday pay, a rich
